My mom got me garlic knot for my birthday. The order was wrong. All three locations in my area said they could not see my order gave minimal effort to help and all suggested I ordered from a the other location one said I must have called Florida even though I had the food! Worst experience ever especially on my birthday. I will be telling everyone about my experience on social media.
Have never had bad luck here, until today. I ordered a Stromboli. I would have been better off ordering a charcoal briquette. I'd post a pic, but reviews wont allow me to. But I think you all know what a charcoal briquette looks like!

Absolutely disgusting, rock hard, pizza and garlic knots were burnt. According to the GM Dawson, it’s impossible to get a hold of their franchise owner Nanu Jain so they don’t need to care!

Last night ordered chicken Parm sandwich and it was dry and crunchy and This morning he gave me intestinal issues. Used to be a long time patron of this establishment. After this experience I think twice before ordering from them again.
Went in for a slice on Friday night, Aug. 24, 2018 and the food, drink, and wait staff were excellent. I would eat there again.
I ordered a few weeks ago, and it was terrible. The pizza was burnt, the crust was a weird texture, and the toppings I ordered were sparse. I called to complain, they barely apologized, and credited only $20 of my $30 pizza. I order again today and they didn’t have my credit on my account, but they still honored it. When I got this pizza, it was also burnt... Its sad because I really used to like ordering their pizza, but I think it will be a long while before I do so again.
We had a bad experience with the food quality, however the outstanding customer service we were repaid with makes this place awesome ..
