This guy is a joke, I have an arm injury which is work related, so the company handling injuries sent me to him to see it it is related, He told me to take my close of so he could do a pelvic exam!!!!!!! And he did NOT like the answer "NO" I promise you he will find in the insurance companies interest. Is office is in an old run down shopping center with his name written on a piece of paper stuck to the front door. Even though he has signs stating NO RECORDING......I DID record the whole event.
