I was dreading this procedure but Robin and Dr. Paterek went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me as comfortable as possible. They are a great team!
I was taken back just before my actual appointment time, treated exceptionally well, and even received a follow up call to see how I was doing after my procedure.
Christina was super nice and kept conversation well throughout the whole visit. Even as she was gently stabbing my mouth with the pokey utencile. It sucks when you try to talk with someone and they don't want to talk back. This was not the case here. Great, friendly and helpful staff all around. See you guys in 6 months! This appointment was for my 14 year old son, the work done on him was fine but the affects afterwards is that he's in pain which is normal..
Dr. Snyder is a fantastic Dentist! She's very attentive and sensitive to your comfort, no matter the procedure, and does her best to ensure your are satisfied. The rest of the staff -- from the business staff to the clinical assistants to the hygienists -- are all incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
Had to sit around past my appointment time for a while.
