I had my first cavity in nearly twenty years recently, and Dr. Paterick made it so easy. I was actually most scared of getting the shot, but he kept me distracted and smiling. I didn't even realize I was getting my injection until it was over! The whole process was quick and comfortable; my appointment started at 11:00, and I was out in half an hour! I don't know what I'd do without Dr. Paterick; he was absolutely great, and I know I'll continue to use him in the future.
Of all the horror stories I have heard about Root Canals, I have to admit this was a breeze. The staff was excellent, explained everything in advance and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I even received a follow-up phone call from the dentist that night to check on me.
As usual, Melanie provided me with dental info and did a thorough job on my teeth.
Quick, no wait, clean and of course everyone was so nice. I really hate going to the dentist but now, no fear!
NGFD is the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely knowledgable, considerate and personal. They are the only office I know that can remember my name....Andelia! I'm happy to call them my "dental family".
Wonderful atmosphere in the office. Staff professional and kind. Melanie, my hygienist, extremely knowledgable and gentle. Dr. Paterick, no nonsense and took the time to explain all my options. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I just love Dr. Paterick and his staff. Everyone is so friendly. I've had everything from a basic cleaning to a root canal, and I've received nothing but the best of care. Dr. Paterick has even called to check up on me the evening after I had bridge work. I've had bad experiences with other dentists, but never with Dr. Paterick. As a result, my entire family (including my two small children) will be going to North Garland Family Dental for all our dental care.
I think Melanie is really good at cleaning. I am still getting used to the Dr. I loved Dr. Hill so he has hard shoes to fill. He seems very pleasant though and I have no complaints. Janet
