Dr. James was excellent! She is so knowledgeable, warm and kind, on-time and efficient. She offered thorough explanations and options, which was great. You're totally in good hands with Dr. James. Her nurse, Neisha, was also great! She double-checked that I understood next steps and so fun to connect with. She made what could feel like extra work feel like TLC.
