I would never do business with them. Their poor relations with every member of the community is atrocious. Please don't encourage such behavior.
I can not recommend this title company. They deliberately bungled the paperwork for a friend of mine to prevent him from purchasing a home. This was in the final stages of the sale, so it was particularly hurtful. I have never heard of any business being so blatantly bigoted. They figured out a way to slow things down and create enough problems by mixing up names and putting information on incorrect lines, delaying the process so the buyers would lose the contract.
