If I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Had them give me a quote for ductwork and agreed and was told they could start that day but had to go pick up the supplies. And they never returned. I called the phone number and left a message. I was called back the next morning and was told they get over and do the job that day...nobody shows and nobody calls. Red flag #2 Work van arrives windows down on the hottest day of the year, sent out employees with no A/C, an A/C company with vehicles that the A/C is broke. Red flag #3 Caused by #2 as employees arrive already upset. Red flag #4 The guys who roll out look like they just left an AA meeting then hit the bar before arriving at your place.
