After getting estimates from close to 20(!!) HVAC companies, we selected Garick for our huge project! We needed our attic cleared out, a new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed, and new insulation. Halfway through we decided to also have them change out the exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Warren was a our project manager and went above and beyond ensuring all of our wants and needs were exceeded!! I've been using Garick for over 10 years and have been super happy with them. At some point in the past few years, they merged with Clarke and Rush but they retained their employees and attention to customer service and I'm really glad. They've installed, repaired, and make sure that our HVAC system is working well. Earlier this year, there was a problem with the unit in the back - a plastic piece inside the unit had warped or something. The fellow got it fixed up and working through the super hot summer.
Excellent service. Service personnel use booties when coming into your home. They are very knowledgeable about the hvac units and can often offer suggestions on how to optimize the use of your units. They do thorough inspections and even clean the crud out of the outside vents on your ac unit. Doug came to service our AC unit and we were quite pleased with his work. We will continue to request him to service the ac and heater as needed.
Doug just left our house after a system tune up appointment. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was extremely kind, professional and thorough. We would recommend him 1000%!
