Excellent CPA. The best!
Appears to have shut down their business as their emails have not worked for better part of a year and their phone number hasn’t worked for at least a month or two now. The last time I talked to Robert Garibay, summer 2022, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend using him at all.
The worst staff. The lady that answers the phone, I think her name is Susie, comes off totally wrong and makes you feels like some sort of burden or second class citizen. If you’re going to pay a premium to see a CPA go somewhere else that appreciates your business. I’ve gone to Garibay for the past 8 years and have finally decided to move on. It’s unfortunate that such a reputable CPA would hire a secretary with no customer service skills.
