will like to start off saying the Garfield PHP program is very very excellent. I was very nervous for my child to start this program with being a younger child and a new experience for the both of us. When I received the initial phone call stating they have an open spot for my child to start I spoke with Ms. Pam she was very professional, she explained the program to me a answered all my question.
