I had a disappointing experience. I came in for a simple fill at 2:45 PM, and even though the salon closes at 5 PM and was nearly empty, the owner said she did not have time and did not want to do my nails. There was no attempt to offer another technician, alternative time, or explanation. Very poor customer service. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place.

They do an amazing job and are quick. Very welcoming and professional. They are great at designs. I have been coming here for over a year now. Love my matte nails, they always look flawless.
