I have been utilising services at Garfield Medical Centre for over 5 years now. It is the most helpful medical centre in the area. The staff is very courteous and the centre is facilitated with qualified and experienced doctors and health professionals. I am happy with the quality of treatment provided by the doctors at Garfield Medical Centre. However, I am very disappointed with the service and management. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment, as there is often only one doctor available per day, and occasionally, no doctor at all. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and hire more doctors to ensure the community is better served. This would greatly improve the overall experience for patients.
