I hated it. This was one of my first apartments. I paid my security deposit and always paid my rent on time in full. In the winter, temperatures hit below zero and the property manager still hadn't switched on the heat. My baby ended up with cold induced asthma. Then one month the short bald black lady in the office returned my rent payment to me in the form of a check with a note saying she wasn't going to accept my rent this month.
