AC didn't work when I moved in. Sent me a lease late when it was time to renew, charged me for a fee that I wasn't supposed to have, said I'd get a credit for it, didn't then argued with me and hung up on me. You can see I was never given a credit on my account. Didnt yell or use profanity. This all after two months of being lead on and nobody ever being available by office or phone. Roommate and I have been asking for our toilet to be fixed for three months. Keep getting told they'll call plumbing as soon as our conversation is over or that maintenance will be here within a day to take a look. Neither have happened. AC doesn't work, put in for that to be fixed. Surprise! No response. Absolutely ZERO follow through on landlords end. It's been over 80° in our house for the entire week and we can't get it under that no matter what we try. Genuinely awful place to live.
Terrible, unreliable management; 0/10. I moved out almost a year ago and still have yet to receive my security deposit. I put my own time and money into making sure the place was in great condition upon moving out, even management told me the place looked like new. Yet after numerous attempts of reaching out (locally and regionally), even visiting their office in person, I haven't had received any correspondence from them. Save yourself the headache.
