Yes very good.
We just moved in. Being a month. The pool is very dirty most of the time. Full of dead flies and some small dirt. Makes me not wanna swim into the water. I think they need proper maintenance for the pool as kids are also swimming there sometimes. For their hygiene atleast. The environment is very peaceful. Neighbours are great. Maintenance is super fast whenever you call they will come. The only part that is hard is laundry. There's no washer and dryer so you have to buy on ur own. Since I can't get it through on the maintenance request no matter how many times I click, submit then this is the only way. Today my drain stopper stopped working and I have to hold it down for the water to go down in the bathtub. The diverter knob isn't working either. Can I also get a screen for the small window in the bedroom. Thank you
Cannot wait to move out of here Way to over priced. They go up 800$ on your rent every year. But nothing is fixed.You have to call roco to get things done properly and They don’t even keep track of making sure the air filters are changed When I first moved in I had to DEEP CLEAN the entire apartment because it was filthy with dust over everything in the apartment and I don’t think they thought I would get approved for the 2 bedroom so when I did I told them I wanted to move in next day seeing how it took a hole month to appr... read more
