If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. There is truly not a worse place to live than Garfield Commons. You literally get what you pay for. My fiance and I have literally had problems prior to moving in and should have taken that as a caution. Very unprofessional just wanna take your money for the application fee & not reach out to for ah misunderstanding they literally slow inside the office if you plan on moving here don’t they just gonna give u the run around just before u apply read this and say do I wanna sit & go through bs with slow laddies in the office just find somewhere else to stay over priced anyways
Rude management. Unplowed parking lots. Got stuck was given a shovel and told "sometimes you have to do things yourself" Was rudely told no money will be credited and hung up on
I highly advise staying away from these apartments. Office staff is absolutely terrible & inconsiderate, they love to lie as well. I had the absolute pleasure of noticing roaches in my unit. I let the office know & pest control was sent out. This went on a few more times even though it was determined that the infestation wasn’t coming from me.
