Absolutely enjoy living here. Very quiet and peaceful community. Any maintenance I've ever needed done was completed diligently and done right. The process of moving in was very seamless and all handled in a timely manner. My leasing agent, Joe Cooper, was and is very friendly, informative and professional to this day. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've lived here for almost a year with 0 complaints . They are constantly making updates & upgrades to the property inside & out.
They are just trying to get you to waste money on the application fees. They are super pleasant until they get that app fee then, they don’t want to answer your calls or questions. Super unprofessional! So happy I didn’t rent from them
I personally had an excellent experience living at the Garfield Commons apartments. On multiple occasions, my maintenance tickets were responded to same or next day. They replaced my fridge with a brand new stainless silver one when my fridge broke. The office staff was respectful and always answered my questions. I unfortunately had to relocate somewhere closer to work but I would take my unit back in a heartbeat! They do not charge you to use the washer and dryer hookups like other places. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. There is truly not a worse place to live than Garfield Commons. You literally get what you pay for. My fiance and I have literally had problems prior to moving in and should have taken that as a caution. When we were interested in looking we signed up for a virtual tour since we were 3 hours away. 10 minutes later after the time I got a phone call asking if we were coming in, I told the lady we were 3 hours away and I specifically signed up for the virtual tour for that re... read more
Very unprofessional just wanna take your money for the application fee & not reach out to for ah misunderstanding they literally slow inside the office if you plan on moving here don’t they just gonna give u the run around just before u apply read this and say do I wanna sit & go through bs with slow laddies in the office just find somewhere else to stay over priced anyways
