Newish tenant at this complex. This is a safety warning for all. I have had 3 run ins with loose, uncontrolled, restricted breed dogs charging and attempting to bite myself and my dog while I was walking her on a leash. I’ve only been living here less than 4 months and have had these 3 scary occurrences. The last incident 8/15/2025 involved the police and my dog was bitten several times. I’ve lived here since January, so about 8 months in. The apartments themselves are very spacious and layout is practical, I love my 2-bedroom and plan to renew my lease as the year comes to a close. They’re also so affordable without sacrificing quality! The staff is friendly (shout out to Rowan who moved me in) and so very helpful. Additionally, you cannot beat the convenience of the location. Being in between Hall Rd and Metro Pwky is just awesome. I highly recommend Garfield Commons.
Tried calling but no answer. Please do something about the red car with a white door sitting in front of building 216. It has been there for months not being moved. There is a black Audi by 203 that also has been parked for months. There’s cars in the car port parked for days too with no license plate. All of this makes it hard to park and maintenance drives around daily so this should’ve been noted.
