I’ve experienced neglect for years from The Garfield Clinic-and I didn’t realize it until I saw other physician(s). I was denied a referral for cancer screening(s) along with other specialist referrals. NP had me on meds that interact w/another over-the counter meds. I would have known this YEARS ago if she had given me a referral to see a Gastrologist for my [newly diagnosed] Barrett’s Esophagus 4 yrs ago. BUT! If you expect courtesy, professionalism, kindness and compassionate support and accommodation, go elsewhere because these attributes are NOT exhibited by any staff member at the Garfield Clinic. However, if you don’t object to condescension, judgment and feigned outrage, you will be served copious amounts of each should you merely ask for medical care.
