I wouldn't even give a single star but what ever... The landord C. Peterson seems to be nice at first, but that's just a mask. It's true that "he pays" the heat and cable and you only have to pay you're electric bill but believe me, you can find a bigger place for WAY less. If you like weed welcome to the weed smoking paradise, for you'll get the particular weed smell in you're Apt at any time of the day. Irresponsible landlord C Peterson. Light bill too high. If you have no other choice but to stay in this horrible place make sure the amount of deposit on the receipt it's correct (mine wasn't and thank God I notice on time. Very dirty apartment and didn't notice until I was moving, rude landlord and can't never make it on time. He'll always make you wait and when ever decide to not answer messages or calls he just doesnt. I'm so glad I'm moving this month. Only stand it this crap for 2 months. Horrible!! I live in apt 3 right now iv stay for 2 month pleasseeeee if you not ghetto do not go there the people upstairs every single night fight f this f that I'm pretty sure he beats up reguardless if you call the cops they don't open the door for the and will continue to party till 4 am so if you don't have a morning job this is perfect for you.
