Teddy johns who is their gutter person did not do the job correctly ..the company that fixed it correctly said he did not put a pitch on the gutters they were filling up at the corner his brother was suppose to fix he didn't stand behind his warranty..they said Garfield 1.2323 used to be a good company..not anymore..gallons of water came out of gutters he did because there was no pitch..they said he used cheap hangers from home Depot ..not better quality like the ones they used..if the job had been done correctly this would ... read more

I rarely write reviews, but I must make an exception for Garfield. I asked Garfield to give me a second opinion on a skylight leak on my son's 100 + year old home in Cleveland Heights. They responded immediately, with an inspection and quote for the skylight issue as well as a quote for roof replacement that I requested. The roof replacement and skylight repair quote was tens of thousands of dollars less than the quote from the first company. While that was good news, the better news is their customer service.
