We just had our roof replaced by Garfield 12323 and couldn’t be more pleased! The process was smooth and everyone we worked with was very professional and considerate. They replaced our windows in the past and the work has been consistently 5 stars throughout! Highly recommend!
Never fixed any of our issues after reaching out multiple times. It felt like my concerns just annoyed them. It's been over two years since they did our windows and siding and I'm STILL finding nails in my yard. They also broke part of my door frame I told them, sent pictures, zero response. I do not recommend this company at all!
Garfield staff were up front about cost, showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. I ended up picking them as they were middle tear cost and could start the earliest. I got all new vinyl siding and gutters on my house in about 5 work days. Herb and Cindy were good at communicating about the process! I got 8" white siding which they said wasn't common anymore with classic back shutters and I hope it holds up.
Teddy johns who is their gutter person did not do the job correctly ..the company that fixed it correctly said he did not put a pitch on the gutters they were filling up at the corner his brother was suppose to fix he didn't stand behind his warranty..they said Garfield 1.2323 used to be a good company..not anymore..gallons of water came out of gutters he did because there was no pitch..they said he used cheap hangers from home Depot ..not better quality like the ones they used..if the job had been done correctly this would ... read more
