Everyone was caring and friendly from the receptionist on to the nurses. Dr.Heiber listened to my concerns until I finished then he explained my mri reading about my spine. He had me walk, touch my toes, stand on my toes and heels. My reflexes was checked and a few other things. I like when dr Heiber explained how I can strengthen my core to help protect my back and he also provided me with a chart of exercises to accomplish this.
