This Facility needs the state to come out and inspect this place again for a number of things including C-Diff!! The one and only time I visited my dad here multiple residents had “Blow outs” and the whole Place smelled of Feces and Urine The house keepers used 1 bucket to clean it all up and then dumped bleach on the floors to kill the smell it was so overpowering I immediately got sick to my stomach and had to walk out of this facility and sit in the car. Had a very bad experience with the administrators of this facility. They lost my 96 year old father’s $800 glasses and promised to reimburse him but they have given us the run around for 5 months. I am so disappointed with our Gardnerville facility.
My dad was well taken care of here for six weeks. Kudos to all of the hardworking staff and those behind the scenes. Special thanks to Ian for his kindness and care. So many great folks we want thank: Monica Stephanie Allison Ian Marina Ryan Acacia Paige Joe Larry Steven Jill Dominic Angie Natalie Vanessa Cindy Mattie Julia Erin And so many others who helped my dad during this difficult time. Keep up the good work….we are fortunate to have you in our small town of Gardnerville.
Friendly , efficient ! Only Rehab my Dad will use after surgery.
The management is nice. Especially Stephanie and Marissa. I Love them. The employees some is good some is no care. We need to do our job especially in this facility. But anyway thank you so much for helping my husband.
