The management is nice. Especially Stephanie and Marissa. I Love them. The employees some is good some is no care. We need to do our job especially in this facility. But anyway thank you so much for helping my husband.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Health & Rehabilitation for taking care of my mom. She was the longest living resident that resided at the Center. (Over 8 years )! When I would call my mother, she always talked so highly of the staff and nurses. And when I would visit they allowed me to stay as long as I wanted. Kudos to all who were a part of my mom’s life and her well-being for all those years. She passed away on 7-26-2021 at the age of 94! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ruth Geilenfeldt, her daughter

I was terrified of my dad going here due to some of the reviews. Perhaps there is new management? But so far this facility has been nothing but amazing for my dad and my sanity. I feel so much more at ease with my dad being there. We had a care conference today and they show my dad respect and dignity he deserves. Everybody tells me how nice my dad is and I like they notice that about him. During the conference they answered all my questions. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT THEM TO SURVIVE. The neglect and non communication was incredible. My father did not survive. The facility does not deserve even 1 star.
