We had a great experience purchasing a larger bed for our growing son for a Christmas present. We walked in and were immediately assisted by sales staff who were informed but not at all "pushy". All of our questions were asked and answered in less than 5 minutes. The price was cheaper than the big box stores for much better quality. They personally guaranteed our mattress for 10 years.
