I went into Gardner's not really knowing what I was looking for in a queen size. Drew, the salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to take my time, even if I needed weeks or months! He even suggested that I shop around other places! I did just that, only to return to the place I received the best customer service! RecommendedI just got my “custom” pillow here and I am totally in love with it! I have always been the $9-$15 pillow buyer, but for $50 I have a customized pillow that I can get re-fluffed for free for the next 5 years. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a comfortable pillow. I will never purchase a cheap pillow again for my personal use.
I just purchased 2 sets of mattresses from Gardner's, one for us and one for my son and his wife. Andrew was our sales rep and he did an amazing job. Absolutely no pressure and was very patient .... answering our questions. We took our time and Andrew stayed in ear shot to provide any information we needed. Wow! What a great shopping experience! I had stopped at 2 department stores to shop for mattresses prior to noticing Gardner's as I was driving by. I thought "Why Not?" What a pleasant surprise. The best in Lancaster, hands down! Got a King bed recently and everything went very smoothly. Even got a nicely presented sweet treat at delivery! This is a company that puts a lot of emphasis on quality customer service and it shows.
Excellent experience! We went to SEVERAL places in Lancaster. This place has the best prices and customer service. It was a stress free experience and we will definitely be going back. We won't buy a mattress from anyone else!
