Giving this establishment 1 stars because 0 isn’t an option. We took my daughter’s prom dress here to simply be pressed (not cleaned) and it was returned with two snags and a large water stain on the breast. I understand accidents happen, however the reason for the 1 stars is the lack of professionalism. We spoke to the owner about the damages (who we had to track down over several days), and her first response was to ask if my daughter was able to wear the dress, and She did not provide any compensation for damages, and onl... read more
Took a winter coat in for dry cleaning. They took a week, charged $30, but the cost looks nice.
