Never again will I shop in this store. We purchased a bedroom set back in May and were told that the set was out of stock and would be in by end of May/beginning of June at the latest. Ok fine, no big deal we thought...Well, it is now JULY and we only have HALF a bedroom set. You have some very rude and unprofessional delivery people the driver draged my furniture in my home i had to ask him to please pick it up and not drag it and when he was "done" setting it up it didn't look right so i asked him to please re-do it he was very irritated "STEVEN 46 " MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR JOB SINCE YOU OBVIOUSLY HATE IT !!
I purchased a sectional with the extended warranty less than 3 years ago. I was told that the warranty covered defects, stains, wear & tear, as far as being told that it would cover the foam in the cushions breaking down, etc. Now, my sectional is falling apart to the extent that part of the frame is protruding out the back. They sent someone out, he took almost 30 pics of it, now I'm being told there's nothing they can do, that the warranty doesn't cover any of that. Then why send him out, why was I told it did? My mother just spent 7 grand on a new bedroom set at the Taylor Gardner White. My mom is 5 feet tall. Her new bed is almost 3 feet tall. She cant get in bed. First i went art van furniture it was packed and nobody seem like they wanted to help us so i left and decided to go to this gardener white store. We came in and was greeted by this handsome gentleman name Charles. Quickly i was liking his sales technique.
