The worst part of buying a new car is usually navigating vultures in the dealership, so our experience with Gardner Suzuki was such a welcome surprise. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and warm without being pushy. Best of all was our salesman Ryan who was so lovely, genuine and patient, and loaded with knowledge and excellent online shopping tips (ottocast is patiently waiting in my cart). Really took out a lot of the stress of buying a new car. Thank you to everyone and especially to Ryan :)

Brian Gardner hands down one of the best experiences for a car dealership. Salesman (Jason Chapman) easy going, non pushy super nice guy. Louis from finance was another that made the process fast and hassle free. Thanks again gents, still loving my Suzuki Jimny, regards Amie.
My first and likely only experience buying a new car. 3 door Jimny GXL. Jason the salesman was great from the beginning to the end. Zero pressure from the test drive and left it i my court to decide what I want to do. I gave a number I wanted for a deal and he countered with a better deal. Explained everything about the little car very well and I am really happy I chose to go to Brian Gardener...
SERVICE DEPARTMENT is an absolutely joke. Poor service, lies, incompetence and overcharges. Even with escalation, I got nowhere. The manager just covers the bad performance of the staff. Attitude and lies from them too. I do not recommend this place. Save your money and time.
