It's just a pain to deal with, this place. First, the sales person told me things and later he said he never said, and blatantly said "I only sell cars I don't know finance" with a smirk. Also I was promised tint, that wasn't done and now booking that to get done is a pain, I keep asking book a date where there is a loan car and he replies "weren't you bringing it in?" I recently took a Suzuki for a test drive and had a great experience. Jason Chapman was very friendly, professional, and not pushy at all, which made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. He also followed up with a courtesy message, which I appreciated. Overall, a really positive experience
