Picked up my lovely new Vitara Allgrip last Monday. A pleasant experience with purchase aided by Jason Chapman and supported by Courtney Jacobsen. Handover was extremely smooth with Jason explaining all the controls of the vehicle and offering backup by phone if required.
Incredibly frustrating experience. Had warranty issues during my first service in Rockingham who told me I had to go to Gardner where I purchased the car which is a 50 minute drive on a good day. The warranty issues were written down on the service papers but each time I came back for a service they'd forgotten to get the parts the 4th time they said they didn't even know what I was referring to they then had to pull out the original paperwork to see that the issues had been raised 4 times already and not been dealt with. I had a fantastic experience at Suzuki all thanks to Ryan. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. Highly recommend asking for Ryan if you’re visiting the dealership. Great customer service makes all the difference, and he absolutely delivered!
I recently purchased my 2025 Jimny. Jason was my salesman & hands down he is absolutely amazing!!!! He talked me through the entire process & was transparent about everything. Made me feel special when I collected my brand new car & showed me around my car & explained how everything worked.
Very very disappointed with Gardner Suzuki. I purchased a new Jimny and bought $1200.00 worth of accessories. When I realised they had overcharged a significant amount on the spare wheel cover $392.00 , other places sell for just over $100.00 , so I decided to contact them. I received an email from Courtney who is the same person who sold me the accessories. She stated that I had paid the correct price and $392.00 and that I will not be getting a refund.
