After years of poor posture and back tension, I’m so glad I found Dr Steve. After working together using breathing techniques and NSA, my body has completely opened up. After few sessions i started almost subconsciously to do stretches that were giving me relief, and after few weeks my posture was night-and-day different and the chronic tightness is gone. Highly recommend for anyone who feels 'stuck' in their body and want to focus on gentle and natural way to reconnect with its spine and neck.

Dr. Steve is extraordinary! I have been to some of the worlds greatest chiropractors from around the world and Dr. Steve is on of the best out there.
