I was impressed with the perseverance the office staff showed when dealing with the reverse mortgage company. In the beginning it was rough going, seemingly impossible at one point but they didn't give up. When the breakthrough finally came, (& I thank God for that), things began to fall into place and they were able to start work. The replacement of the roof went well.
