Just know if you rent from here, your guests will have to park a city block away from your door in the overflow parking lot. My son got in at midnight, after a six hour trip, and his car was towed early the next morning. They charged him $480!!! Ridiculous!!! Shame on both the apartment complex AND Southside Towing!!! Highway robbery is what that is! This is especially unfair to residents who live at the far end of the complex, like we do. I’ve been here a little over two months and I must say I love it here. No place is gonna be perfect. So I was satisfied for the most part. They care and do a good job and shoutout to the maintenance people. I’ve literally put request in late at night a they be here the next morning for the most part.
Awesome place to live! Madison has definitely been a great addition! I 💘 maintenance, he is a one man band!
