I’ve been here a little over two months and I must say I love it here. No place is gonna be perfect. So I was satisfied for the most part. They care and do a good job and shoutout to the maintenance people. I’ve literally put request in late at night a they be here the next morning for the most part.
Awesome place to live! Madison has definitely been a great addition! I 💘 maintenance, he is a one man band!

I love it here at Gardner Ridge. Management is always very attentive and polite and cafe about their tenants. I been living at Gardner Ridge in a little over a year and plan on staying. I love the community, the people, management and the privacy and how spacious the apartment are.
