I was a tenant with this company twice, both times I rented a single family home 4BDR and 3BDR. They take really good care of their properties, and whenever it was an issue with anything it was taken care of immediately. Very professional , and organized. Mary the property manager is Awesome you can tell she cares about her tenants. Thanks Gardner properties I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a good landlord to rent from this company.
