I have not used their services for property management. But I can tell you when our little car was stuck in a snowbank right outside a house where a Gardener Property Management employee was working today, he jumped right in to help us push it out! We failed to get his name but we were so grateful for the help! Thank you Gardner!
Jeff helped me sell my house on a downturn, I had to move out of state and he watched over and coordinated the oversight. His suggestions throughout the process were found to be insightful and wise. Not a single complaint, highly recommend, very professional, easy to work with.

This month marks a year since my first contact to Jeff at Gardner property management regarding an apartment rental . He went above and beyond and helped me when I could not get my application to submit online by calling me and letting me know the issue was on my side and not the application website and walked me through what I needed to do. I was very impressed by how clean the property was, and though our apartment was a bit of an older property, very reasonably priced, it was well maintained, with lots of natural light and space. When we signed the lease Jeff, the property manager, gave us a tour and showed us the shutoff valves. Improvements were made while we lived there, and it was in a great location.
