Management has been very professional and organized. Lyndsey and Kim are excellent! They are property managers who communicate clearly, address issues promptly, and are always willing to help when needed. Their responsiveness and dedication are greatly appreciated.
Es un lugar muy bonito ,yo y mi familia tenemos mucho tiempo de vivir en estas propiedades ,es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo ,vecinos muy amables tenemos una manger muy amable ,que habla español y te ayuda en cualquier cosa ,se los recomiendo no encontraras mejor lugar
Manager is great, very nice and responsive, staff is nice. Usually respond very quick, been here for almost 3 years and love it.
Great locations and management is even better. Very pleasant and efficient to deal with and very prompt on answering emails and arranged for the relevant tradespeople to resolve the issues.
I've lived at Gardner properties in New Hope for about 14 years and have had a good experience with management. It feels like family environment with others that have been here for a long time. Have developed some great relationships with other tenants.
