Worst lawyer in Canada! Fraudulently bills legal aid, doesn't show up for court and then calls the judge claiming I never gave her the court dates to prove I did! She's a liar, and a scammer. DONT I retain is service after my kid father file a complaint motion against me cause I was withholding Is access after my daughter (4yo) was sexualy abuse by a close relative (19yo) at is father house. Horrible lawyer, fraudulently bells legal aid and does nothing! I've had to do all my own paperwork and go to court by myself she doesn't answer phone calls or texts do not under any circumstances higher this lawyer especially if you're on legal aid you will be stuck doing everything yourself!
Probably the worst family lawyer in Cornwall. I retained Penelope for a very pressing matter. She was clued out and didn’t do her job. She was completely unprepared for our settlement hearing and didn’t present evidence that was vital to my case with no explanation as to why it was never presented. During the hearing she brought up information that wasn’t even relevant to my case and had virtually no defense for me.
