Our apt. In eaton rapids had a broken elevator for three days. They did not notify the residents, even ones who lived on the second floor and wheel chair residents. Very fearful if there would have been a medical emergency.
I've been at crossroads village 55 and up community for a few years and the roof is leaking! They refuse to fix it. This is a horrible management company.
