I was previously a patient of Dr. Gardner, but had to leave his practice due to my insurance. You can't possibly imagine how excited I was when I discovered that I could be his patient once again. To my surprise, Jill is still his loyal assistant! What does that tell you what a wonderful, kind, compassionate man Dr. Gardner is!! I'm one "happy camper" now that I'm once again under his protective care!
I've been a patient of Dr. Gardner almost 12yrs. He's a great physician, Knowledgeable in every sense of the word. Kind and considerate and cares about his patients. I recently moved here but used to drive 90miles each way for my appointment times. Well worth it because I won't change Dr's. His staff is great and the girls in the office are professional and kind as well. A family practice that cares. I'll never go elsewhere
I just called this office to see if they were taking new patients and the receptionist treated me like I was some kind of idiot. She even asked me if what she was explaining to me was making sense. I understood completely that she was being rude and this office needs to hire some receptionists that have High-Tech, High-Touch experience.
Dr. Gardner is one of the best MD's in the area. He is very professional and also caring at the same time. Dr. Gardner is very patient and answers all questions which makes you feel comfortable. I absolutely have confidence in his decisions about my medical issues. Also, his entire staff is very courteous and friendly. He is the best!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Gardner for 8 years and would recommend him. He's very knowledgeable and personable. However, the front office staff are another matter. The previous comments re: the office staff are right on. They are generally rude and unfriendly and seem to enjoy arguing with the patients both on the phone and in person regarding their care or concerns. Frankly, we dread going in to see him because of their front office staff. This needs to be addressed.
Dr. Gardner has been my doctor about 20 years and he is great! If I need to see a doctor quick and he is all booked, you can always see his PA or another doctor in the group. All are good.
