Great company! Doug and all of his Engineers are highly trained and extremely detailed. Highly recommend them for any of your water intrusion issues or masonry projects.
Stay away from them. They are unprofessional and appear to have a relationship with the insurance companies. Jason Stevens who was our engineer provided me with a verbal report that didn’t hold water. When his arguments proved contradictory he became defensive and agressive. And he damaged our window by sticking a hole in it.
Update: They sent the report with pictures, explanation and recommendations which were good, identifying the sources of leaks correctly and agreed to the payment of 1200 dollars for the report (the higher end of what they had in the proposal) as per the original agreement so I have changed the rating to 4 Stars based on that. I received a proposal for a water leak test where it says the process including report would cost 800-1200 dollars and for that cost the on-site time would be 2-4 hrs.
