Absolutely one of the worst management companies that I have ever had to deal with. I leased from them a few years ago in a townhouse and the entire process to sign into the lease is a disaster. The main contact, Angel, has absolutely no idea what’s going on in any sense. The lease that you sign is expired and they do not follow their own lease terms and conditions. Pretty terrible rental management company - Just beware before signing a lease using this management company.
terrible property management company - me and my roommates have dealt with so much BS from them. You would think a month to month lease would be easy to manage, but not with Gardner. They are a disaster and scramble to get anything done. The lease is so outdated, they only issue addendums to the lease that was established 6 years ago. READ THE LEASE before signing. They try to push off all responsibility and liability onto others. Stay away from renting with them.
I worked with Gardner Homes in purchasing a home. Duane streamlines your requirements to match you to suitable listings. He is prompt in requests to visit the properties, always arrives early, and is very well versed in the current market. Throughout the entire process, there was excellent communication and a clear understanding of next steps, which enabled me to close on a home within weeks of putting in an offer. I would gladly work with Gardner Homes again on any future real estate transactions.
I’m sorry to see the poor rating listed above. I used to use them and they took good care of me and my property. The people they sent for repairs were excellent. They were not a modern fancy property management company where you had to wait online forever to get to a recorded voice. They mailed out the checks and statements and receipts each month rather than online stuff you had to sign in for. I always got the information I needed. And the repairs needed were always done.
