Gardner managed my condo rental for 16 years and eventually represented me when I decided to sell it. I've known Kevin for a long time and he has been a trusted partner, colleague and friend to me. BE AWARE: Unfortunately, you can't expect a full reimbursement of your deposit. They charged me for two days of cleaning, which is unrealistic because I spent only six months in the apartment and did a deep cleaning before returning the keys. I feel this situation is unfair, so be aware that they will retain part of your money, regardless of what you do. They never responded to my complaints, so I decided to make it public.
Very unprofessional and rude. Kevin Gardner needs to learn some basic property mana. They didn’t take care of the rental units and they are just plain rude. Yes, I’m talking about the tall guy Kevin. I have a list of complaints about these people but to make it short avoid them!!! You’ll thank me later.
I am an owner at Presto and we worked with Kevin on 2 jobs now. I have to say he really goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of property owners and the tenants. If you are an owner I would avoid dealing with them to a stay out of inevitable lawsuit situations. They knowingly perform sketchy business practices with misuse of security deposit. Be very careful dealing with them. As a tenant take pictures of everything.
