I hired Devin/Gardner Contracting/Gardner Fencing to build an addition on my house. It was a disaster from the start and required me leaving work to deal with issues several times a week. I paid a deposit and was told work would start on my fence in a few weeks. It has beebeen over a month and no work has started. Devin consistently ignores text messages, phone calls, and voice mails and has no-showed several times. Most recently he told me work would begin Friday July 27, 2018. He did not show up.
