I called this morning not expecting them to come out today but was told they have a technician to come today. Justin was very professional; he explained the cost of the diagnostics and what it covered before he started; he let me know what he was looking for to fix the problem I was having. He was able to fix it quickly. I am very happy with the outcome.
We apparently had vermin damage to wiring in our attic. The technician came out and had the wiring repaired with 45 minutes. He was very personable and friendly. He explained in full detail what was going on before starting the repair and provided us pricing upfront.
Great experience! They came out the same day, communicated clearly throughout the process, and explained everything they were doing. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend!
