Wife and I picked out a new wedding band for her Saturday. Staff was great. Filed out the receipt and she made sure I initialed the no return, no refund, and leave a 50% deposit. Paid the $880 deposit and all was great. Monday morning I get a call and they tell me the price of the ring went up $1000 and if I still wanted to go ahead with the order. I went back and got my money refunded and will never go back. Ps When I sell grain I can’t go back to the elevator and ask for extra money if the price increases a few days later.
We bought our wedding rings here, and the staff has been so helpful and kind throughout the years taking care of them and servicing them.
