Gateway Greens Landscape Committee I do not know a Marge or a Phil anywhere in Gateway Greens. All in these two reviews are not true.. We were in real bad shape when Gardner-Case was hired.. It took them almost a year to bring us back to the pristine community we were used to.. They were in here for four years until two disgruntled residents (not with gardner-case) set about to get them fired.. Poor work and over billing Gardner Case was fired from Gateway after years of ppor sevice and over billing to the HOA. When confronted (caught) they would void the bill. Contact Alliant Mgnt for more information at 454-1101

Lack of work and trust The last two years I saw the landscape go down hill with the help of Gardner Case in Gateway Greens. As a year round resident myself and my family take pride in our own yard and Gardner Case did not care about our community. Poor work and bad service.

Looksomewhereelse I inherited this company from ARBC, my builder and it was trouble form day one. withing a month, the grass was full of weeds, the plants didn't seem to grow and on top of that, I contracted them to do the on-going maintenance; shame on me. They never seemed to trim the hedges, the plants looked sickly and overall the maintenance was never what I call "tight". If you want to have your yard look good, look somewhere else!
