The vets are great, especially Dr. Garten! The groomer is fairly good but has a bad attitude. She starts off super sweet, but if you have any problem with your dog's cut she remembers things the way she wants to and not in reality. The first cut she gave my dog was perfect, and then each cut thereafter it went downhill. When I reminder her of things she told me before, she insists you're wrong. I would recommend the vets but not the groomer.
I can't say enough about the great care we have gotten at Oakbrook over the years with our 2 labs. From the normal every day shots, to injuries needing additional care they have been great. Not only do you get wonderful service from the vets, but the office staff and vet techs are top notch also. Very thankful to have Oakbrook in Gardner.
Gotta give a shotout to Mr. Larry, he was so nice & compassionate. My pug had a bad rattling sound & instead of just being rushed in & out, Mr. Larry took time to really find out what's wrong. Put him on some meds & he already is doing better. Thank ya'll for being so great with my baby.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! We have had our two kittens fixed there. They have been so awesome with our cats!
Best vet experience yet! Staff is great felt like they really cared about our pets well being. we were new customers and would surely go back again.
My wife & I have 4 dogs & they are our family! Oakbrook treats them just like family also! We recently had two of our dogs teeth cleaned which required anesthesia, and my wife and I were very nervous. I can't say enough good things about how the staff kept us updated throughout the whole process, and upon completion of the process. I would recommend Oakbrook to any & all!
