I came to Gardner Alum Rock Health Center because my dentist moved from CompreCare. I love Dr Balce and I have been with her for about 14 years. I was sad when she moved to Gardner Alum Rock, but I followed her nonetheless because of her Superior professional services. I arrived today with my grandfather for his 10:00 AM appointment and we weren’t seen until almost 11:00 AM. While the doctor apologized, the real issue here is poor management. This facility is clearly overloading physician schedules without any consideration for how long appointments actually take. The fact that no basic planning or analytics were done especially for a newly opened clinic is unacceptable.
