My counselor was compassionate, kind, patient and very supportive in her work with me. After receiving absolutely traumatizing treatment from another counselor in the near area, I was so glad to to work through my struggles with someone who actually wanted to help me, and wasn’t just trying to fund her next plastic surgery.
Don't miss one single appointment for any reason even if you miss it for mental health reason you'll get a "discharge" letter and that's that. Zero tolerance and you're out. Even if you're apologetic, admit you're wrong and offer to pay the full amount in cash. You're out, zero compassion from a trained caring licensed therapist. Don't go here if you're in bad need of counselling and you're in a bad state of mind. Some people need help in organization so they don't miss things. If your that person don't go here.
