New management is stellar!! Tammy made sure all maintenance work was tended to asap and she responded to my calls and emails promptly. THIS IS EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE customer service. Ventron needed this!! 3 years in and I’m happy to resign my lease for 2026!!! GardenWalk staff deserves a 5 star rating!!!
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars but since Ashley was so sweet I guess that one star would be okay. First off I had to pay a deposit , 72hours after I received my approval letter. I had to hound them just to see the unit that I would be moving into. They kept telling me that the unit wasn’t ready , just for move in day to come and they say that morning it’s still not ready, even though my move in was in a couple of hours. Current resident leaving out from a 9mon term. When I got here, I noticed a lot of people don’t stay for more than a year. This property is a transition for someone whose ready to move to something decent until their ready for better. So it isn’t the worst for first time apartment renters. The area is pretty quiet. There’s a pool and playground and 24hr gym for connivence. The property also has little events every now and then especially for little ones for Easter. And it’s gated most of the time. The property itself is very nice! Ok neighbors! Close to work! But parking lot sometimes floods infront of my bldg but i go out and clean the leaves outta the drain! From move in 7/2 to now 9/15 my biggest issue has been maintenance.. I was set to move 6/27/25 tht didn't happen til 07/02/25 because maintenance didnt take turning these apts seriously! I walked into a partially painted apartment with standing water from front door to dining rm. I literally had to contact corporate to get them to take my concerns seriously! The... read more
