My partner and I applied, we qualified for everything they stated. Once we submitted our paystubs and other documentation, they stated they couldn't understand how to read my partners paystub and decided what they would accept as his pay rather than what he is actually paid. Stated they accepted award letters and when I sent my offer letter apparently thats not one of the award letters the accept. Very misleading information given by the assistant property manager. What I like most about this property is the overall cleanliness of the environment and community. . Keep up the good job!
I applied to for this apartment back in September. I got approved but due to a family emergency, I had to push my move in date back. Alex was very nice and worked with me. The first hiccup was I left work early to go bring my deposit but got stuck in traffic so I got to the apartment complex a little bit after it closed so I couldn’t give them my deposit.
