Im posting this for new renters to pay attention before they sign!!!!!!! While I wld luv to give 4 's! Let me start the property itself is very nice! Ok neighbors! Close to work! But parking lot sometimes floods infront of my bldg but i go out and clean the leaves outta the drain! From move in 7/2 to now 9/15 my biggest issue has been maintenance.. I was set to move 6/27/25 tht didn't happen til 07/02/25 because maintenance did take turning these apts seriously! I walked into a partially painted apartment with standing water... read more
I had the pleasure of touring the community with Ms. Afton, the Assistant Property Manager. She was truly amazing! Very knowledgeable and welcoming to me and my family. The apartments are nice but it's great to know that the customer service will be just as good if my sister does end up moving here. Kudos and THANK YOU Ms. Afton!!
the groundsman do a good job of maintaining the property , anytime I need something managed around the property or even with the valet trash, never have I ever heard of valet trash ! How cool :) they keep the areas clean .
The best team here at Gardenwood Apartments, Connie, Ashlee and Bernadette! The community is beautiful and affordable! I loved my tour and can’t wait to apply!
Do not move here . They charge a pest fee just for cockroaches to be running all around . Only care if the rent is paid
