They SUCK big time , DO NOT MOVE there ! I have a friend that lived there and their refrigerator went out and Belmont and/or the office personnel would not replace it for months , their maintenance guy ( the one from corporate ) is a dumb ass and full of shit ! Doesn't know a damn thing about being a maintenance tech ! He has corporate fooled !
