When you move out, you get bogus charges. They claimed damages that were false. They turned me over to collections when I was never notified by Bridget in any way. They said she sent me a letter and she did not. I was given a 100k bank loan anyway for our new home. I never even knew of this until my bank let me know it was on my credit. I never, in 10 years there, had a write up. I still have good credit anyway. I will have excellent after 7 years when it will be wiped off my credit.
