We go through manager's like water because they don't pay them enough the manager that we have now actually does her job she's cleaning this place up makes people follow the rules and we would hate to lose her over money we need her here otherwise this apartment complex is going to be like gang land again crime drug's etc

Love living here. The only problem I have here is Commerce water is very expensive and very nasty.
Our experience here was terrible! Between being hassled by the apartment manager for wanting a receipt when we paid rent, the constant threat of being evicted for minor details like the kids blocks on the floor WHILE THEY PLAY WITH THEM, toilet seat being up, harassing us about cigarette buts outside our apartment when we don't smoke, cockroaches, mold, long waits for maintenance to fix things, maintenance using our kids toy bucket to empty toilet when it backed up....
