Resided here for 5 1/2 years, didn't have any issues. Management always responded quickly to any problems. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers (coin operated) on the 2nd and 3rd floors, has security after hours every day and is in an excellent location with downtown just a short distance away.
Kool place to stay it's great there
Can't give zero stars. Big Problems@Gardenview. HORRIBLE ADA VIOLATIONS MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO ADDRESS.
