Great customer service ,room wasn't up to par and staff immediately helped to make the stay more comfortable.
Absolutely awful. When a problem with our room occurred, the staff was useless, and didn't even try to help. The lack of security and sketchy area was a little worrisome too.
Nice room and lobby area. Rest of the hotel needs professional updating.
